Questions about selling a damaged or dead bike

Is it really any motorbike?

Yes. Any make, age, mileage or state, provided the V5C shows you own it.

Mine does not run. Will you still buy it?

Yes. Tell us the fault, or that you have no idea, and we price it as it stands.

What about crashed or written-off bikes?

Cat S and Cat N are both fine, mended or not.

It has no MOT. Is that OK?

Yes. It travels in our van, so it need not be road legal.

Do you take mopeds and 125s?

Yes, from 50cc upwards.

Parts are missing. Can I still sell?

Yes. Just tell us which parts.

I cannot find the V5C. What now?

The DVLA can send a replacement. We need it before we can buy.

Will you buy a bike that was stolen and recovered?

Yes, once the theft marker is cleared and the paperwork is with you.

How do I get the money?

A bank transfer, made while we are there.

What about scooters and quads?
