How it works
Selling a broken bike privately is hard. Selling to us is easy, with no fees.
1. Ask for a valuation
Fill in the valuation form, call us on 0800 206 2336, or send the registration, mileage and a few photos on WhatsApp. Photos of the bike as it is, plus a note of what's wrong, help us make an accurate offer.
2. Get your offer, held for 7 days
We come back to you with a price. There is no pressure to accept on the spot: your offer is held for seven days while you think it over.
3. Free collection anywhere in the UK
Once you are happy, we agree a time to collect the bike from your home, workplace or business premises. Collection within the UK is free. Every bike is collected in a van, so it doesn’t need to run or be road legal.
4. Same-day payment
We check the bike matches the description and the paperwork is in order, and you are paid by bank transfer while our driver is with you. We will never ask you to release your bike until you are completely happy and the money is in your account. No fees are deducted.
Lost the V5C?
Apply to the DVLA for a replacement. We can talk you through it.
What you will need
- The V5C registration document in your name
- Photo ID such as a driving licence or passport
- All keys, and any service history and receipts you have
- If there is outstanding finance, the settlement figure from your lender
