No. Describe the symptoms, when they started and any work already done. A diagnosis report helps if you have one, but it is not needed.
Should I keep riding it until you collect?
Not if the fault could make things worse or affect safety. We collect from where it stands.
Will you knock the price down on the day?
Not if the bike matches what you described. That is why an honest description up front matters.
