Accident damage and write-offs
Send photos of each side and the damage. Tell us the write-off category if there is one, and whether repairs have been done.
Failed MOTs
Tell us what the MOT failed on. You don't need to fix it.
Projects and long storage
List what's there and what's missing. As long as there's a V5C, we can usually make an offer.
Big-mileage commuters
Mileage is fine. Tell us about the chain, tyres and any warning lights.
Document issues
We need proof of ownership. Tell us the situation and we'll explain what is needed.
Your checklist
- The V5C registration document in your name
- Photo ID: passport or driving licence
- Any keys you have
- Any parts that came off the bike
- Insurance paperwork for a write-off, if you have it
- If there is finance: the settlement figure from your lender
